Courage is the antidote to fear ― 1 min read

Aversion means shying away from what you fear. Courage means facing it head on.

Aversion feeds fear. Nine tenths of your suffering is just anticipation of what may or may not come.

Courage feeds growth. Each time you face your fears head on and move through them your fears diminish and you grow.

Remember that aversion and cowardice are never easier or more preferable than facing what you fear - not now when they feed anxiety and not in the long run where they limit your growth and potential.

Tackle your fears and limitations head on then you will see what small things you used to be afraid of.
